As a highly qualified and experienced higher education lecturer with a Doctorate in Education, Clint has spent 18 years working with a range of students and industry professionals to unlock their full potential through delivering high-quality learning experiences. Clint’s areas of specialism are leadership, management and organisational behaviour and he has a passion for developing learners through interactive and engaging learning experiences. Prior to working in higher education, Clint spent almost ten years working in the sports industry, both in the UK and internationally, leading initiatives to support the growth and development of individuals and the industry as a whole. This unique blend of academic and real-world experience allows Clint to bring a wealth of insight and understanding to the educational landscape and develop individuals to drive change at a personal and corporate level.

Karen is a highly qualified and experienced higher education lecturer, who has spent the last ten years teaching accounting and finance to students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to her MBA, and membership of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), she has also worked in senior roles for a number of national organisations in both the public and private sector, giving her a distinctive perspective on the practical application of the subject matter. Karen's extensive experience in both academia and industry has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to effectively mentor industry professionals from a range of sectors.

Abi is an industrious and dedicated individual currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Liverpool. With a passion for social psychology, Abi brings a unique blend of theoretical and applied knowledge to our team. Through her own educational journey Abi has developed a keen interest in understanding psychological principles, which she applies to her role within our business.
